1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TezAds (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tez Ads (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Description of Service

TezAds is an AI-powered advertising automation platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and X Ads. The Service includes AI-generated ad copy, campaign targeting, bid management, and performance reporting.

3. Payment Processing — Merchant of Record

All subscription payments are processed securely by Paddle. By subscribing to TezAds, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription & Billing

• TezAds offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale). Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and is denominated in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You authorise us (via Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee applicable to your plan.
• Waitlist members who joined prior to launch are entitled to one (1) free month on their first billing cycle, as stated at the time of sign-up. This offer is limited to the first 100 signups.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your TezAds account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until that date and will not be charged for the following period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period, except where our Refund Policy applies.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TezAds to create, publish, or promote advertising content that:

• Is false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent;
• Violates any applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction;
• Promotes illegal products, services, or activities;
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or content that discriminates against individuals or groups;
• Violates the advertising policies of Meta, Google, TikTok, X, or any other connected platform.

Tez Ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the TezAds platform is the property of Tez Ads and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any ad creatives, copy, or campaign data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Tez Ads a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tez Ads does not guarantee specific advertising results, return on ad spend (ROAS), or campaign performance outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tez Ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or ad spend losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
