Tez Ads (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that data when you use TezAds (“the Service”).

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Account & Contact Data

Full name, company name, email address, and phone number — collected when you join the waitlist or register for an account.

Ad Account Credentials

OAuth tokens and API access credentials for the ad platforms you connect (Meta, Google, TikTok, X). We never store your passwords — only the access tokens issued by those platforms.

Usage & Campaign Data

Campaign configurations, ad creative inputs, performance metrics, and interaction logs with the TezAds dashboard. This data is used to power AI optimizations.

Payment Data

Billing information (card details, billing address) is collected and stored exclusively by our payment processor, Paddle. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and improve the TezAds platform;
  • To create, manage, and optimise your advertising campaigns on connected platforms;
  • To communicate with you about your account, subscription, and service updates;
  • To process payments and prevent fraud (via Paddle);
  • To power AI-generated ad copy and targeting recommendations (data may be sent to LLM providers — see Section 4);
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data with the following categories of third-party service providers strictly as necessary to deliver the Service:

Payment processing & Merchant of Record

Receives billing and transaction data to process subscription payments.

Supabase

Database infrastructure

Stores account, waitlist, and campaign data securely.

LLM / AI Providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI)

AI ad copy & campaign generation

Your business description and campaign inputs may be sent to AI model APIs to generate ad copy and targeting suggestions. No personally identifiable information (PII) is included in these API calls.

Ad Platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, X)

Campaign delivery

Campaign data and creatives are transmitted to the platforms you connect.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Cookies

TezAds uses essential cookies to maintain session state and authentication. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in to the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax compliance purposes (e.g. billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law).

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of your location, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
  • Opt-out of sale (CCPA): We do not sell personal data, so this right is satisfied by default.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.
