7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with TezAds within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

At Tez Ads, we stand behind the quality of our Service. We want you to feel confident trying TezAds, which is why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions.

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your first paid charge for a new subscription.
  • The request is for a new subscription only — refunds do not apply to subscription renewals or plan upgrades after the initial 7-day window.
  • Your account has not violated our Acceptable Use Policy (see Terms of Service).

How to Request a Refund

Include: your account email, the date of your first charge, and a brief reason for the refund.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, and credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day window has passed, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Due to the ongoing nature of AI processing, 24/7 campaign monitoring, and platform API usage, we are unable to issue refunds for billing cycles that have already begun beyond the initial 7-day period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current billing period but ensures you are not billed in the next cycle.

Free Month Offer (Waitlist Members)

Waitlist members who were offered a free first month at launch are not eligible for a cash refund during that free month, as no payment is collected. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of the first paid charge following the free month.
